Inspired by simple objects encountered in his everyday travels, Christopher Vlaun has become an innovator
of sensual designs that inspire social gathering, multimedia entertainment and intimate relaxation.
After receiving a degree in design from the Art Institute of Boston, Vlaun began his career creating
promotional material for the music industry before moving into the marketing and design of innovative
furniture for Hi-Fi home theater. His unique aesthetic and clean, functional designs have been featured
in residences from Miami and Los Angeles to New York City, and have been favorably reviewed in notable
publications such as Electronic House, Home Entertainment Magazine, and Blueprint Directory.
Vlaun has now collaborated with his design team to present FORMATIONS, an assemblage of contempo
rary design inspired by simple forms and sensual curves. From the sleek and linear Halo to the supremely
versatile Front Row, the FORMATIONS collection synthesizes superb function and comfort with bold,
minimal design that is destined to be a vanguard of the home entertainment generation.
